Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Consultations

• After you book and pay, you receive a confirmation by email with your session details.
• Your session takes place online, at the time you booked, through a video call link we share with you.
• Your written plan is sent to your email within 24 hours after the session.

2. Projects

• Projects are delivered online, according to the timeline in your quote.
• During the project, you review the work through a preview link.
• After the final payment, the website is moved to your domain and hosting, and all files and access are handed over by email or a shared folder.

3. Delays

Delivery timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback on time, as explained in our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
