Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use untappedweb.com or work with Untapped Web, based in Bengaluru, India. By booking a consultation or starting a project with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We design and build websites, landing pages, online stores, web apps and automations, and offer paid consultations. The exact work for each project is described in your quote.
2. Consultations
- Consultations are online sessions of about 60 minutes, followed by a written plan sent within 24 hours.
- The fee is paid when you book. Refunds and rescheduling follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Our advice is based on the information you share and our experience. Results depend on how and when the advice is applied.
3. Quotes and payments
- Every project starts with a written quote, showing the scope, price, timeline and payment plan.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) for clients in India and US Dollars ($) for clients outside India, unless your quote says otherwise.
- Payments are made through Razorpay or by bank transfer.
4. What we need from you
- Your content (text, images, logos, product details) on time.
- Feedback within the time mentioned in your quote.
- Access to any accounts we need, such as domain, hosting and tools.
Delays on your side may pause the project, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Changes and revisions
Your quote includes a set number of review rounds. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted and charged separately.
6. Third-party tools
Domain, hosting, plugins and other tools are provided by third parties and are bought by you, in your own name, unless your quote says otherwise. We are not responsible for their pricing, downtime or policy changes.
7. Ownership
- Once the full payment is made, you own the final website and its content.
- Until then, the work remains ours, and it is moved to your domain and hosting only after the final payment.
- We may show the finished work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
8. Support after launch
Every launch includes 30 days of support for fixing anything that breaks. After that, updates and new work are quoted separately.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
We work carefully, but we can't guarantee specific results like sales, leads or traffic, as these depend on many things outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project or consultation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
